The San Diego Fire-Rescue Technical Rescue Team (TRT) provides specialized rescue capability to the citizens of San Diego. Due to the unique nature of the Technical Rescue Team, the program is administered through Special Operations, with Operations Shift Commanders providing liaise and program oversight.
